Robin is awesome, cool, and easygoing. He ensures that I am involved in the planning of my care. At the start of each in-person or telehealth appointment. Robin is always punctual and prepared to see me. He usually says, "Hello, Mrs. Kaba." It's good to see you.What has happened since I last saw you? How is your pain? Do your medications help you deal with your pain? Do you have any questions or concerns that you would like us to address? I sent your medications to the pharmacy; do you want us? Do you have any questions or suggestions? Robin is a decent young man who cares about me and provides excellent care, and I am confident that he does the same for all of his patients. Robin remains calm and speaks in a low tone of voice. He consistently makes me feel heard and important. I feel blessed and humbled to work with someone who is both knowledgeable and kind. His number one priority is privacy and safety. Thank you!

This was quick,efficient and relatively painless procedure. Dr. Hough seemed concerned with my level of discomfort and explain things very clearly. I felt quite comfortable and everyone was very friendly and professional.

Right side of neck fine. So far no pains. Left side of neck back of head still hurt. Wonder if left shoulder arm achy. Wonder if connected
Hand stiff and does cramp up as well as right hand at times. Sewing bothered neck yesterday

Dr. Peruvemba, Robin and the entire staff at Pain Management are outstanding. The explanation of various available treatment options, most recently Kyphoplasty, is always thorough and described in a way that is easy to understand. Dr. P always takes the time to answer any questions I may have. The doctors and staff are always friendly, helpful and professional.

Dr Hough is a great listener- understood my issue & gave great suggestions- knowing that I will be living out of the country for a year.
He was able to have a phone consultation within just a few days of my initial call.
Also, he is the able to see me for my procedure very soon.

I have been a patient of Dr Hough’s for over 15 years. During that time we have used several treatments for severe chronic pain. Every one in the office is friendly. Dr Hough is very knowledgeable and recommends various new treatments and techniques for me.

Everyone in the office was nice. I didn't have to wait long to see the doctor.
Dr. Hough was very professional he explained what he was going to do. I was
happy he numbed me first then gave me the shot. I did not feel anything. Overall
